Nano Jug Replacement Filter
I haven’t had the filter pitcher for long, but it’s good so far. I was a Brita user for a long time but Brita is over-rated. Anyway, the municipal pipes going into my building have lead. I therefore want a more heavy duty filter than those little ones. It’s unfortunate that we should have to buy filters to begin with but c'est la vie. I’m glad companies like Epic is there. Anyway, the Dept of Environmental Protection in my city sent me a link about various filters which led me to Epic. I like that Epic is a U.S. company. I also like that they care about the environment, whereas other filter companies don’t seem to care. Epic has a filter recycle program which is also an important selling point for me. The only downside is that it takes a long time for the water to drip through the filter. I’m patient so It’s really not a big deal, just my family drinks it all up faster than the water can drip. It makes me happier though that the filter is slow and thorough to get out the chemicals, than too hasty and not doing a good job. I’ll maybe just get a second filter pitcher for double duty. Oh and another good point is that when I write a question to customer service, they are good about getting back with me the next day or so. That's always nice.
My Nano was VERY slow. Contacted Epic and they quickly got back to me and solved the problem. Great service, recommend this company and their products!
After comparing all the elements from the NANO chart to all the others on the market (including PURE) I will always use the NANO filter. Best thing on the market right now.
I have been using it for a long time.
The water is delicious and the whole family is happy.
When the effect of the filter diminishes, the smell of water is felt, so I feel that the water is cleanly purified.
Would totally recommend; and shipping was super fast
